Mr. Levine is an Associate in the firm's litigation group, where he has acted as a first and second-chair trial advocate in an array of criminal, civil, and administrative matters throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, and in the federal courts.  He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, a 2005 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a former Prince George's County police officer.  Mr. Levine's practice focuses on criminal litigation but also encompasses civil and administrative matters as well.
