Mr. Jackley is a shareholder and member of the Executive Committee of Joseph, Greenwald and Laake, P.A., and the Chairperson of its Business, Corporate and Tax Group. The firm currently serves as outside counsel for over 100 closely-held businesses. Mr. Jackley has represented clients in all aspects of their corporate, tax and business law matters for over twenty-five years. He has performed significant business, corporate and tax planning, and worked for clients in several industries. He has represented clients in Federal and State tax controversies and litigation with great success. He has been involved with starting up, buying, selling, and merging businesses. He has represented clients from their initial formation up until the public offering of their securities. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Jackley was an Internal Revenue Agent and then a trained financial analyst with the Federal Government, where he concentrated on detailed analysis of financial statements, loan reviews and regulatory compliance.
