Patrick McCarthy is an attorney in the Litigation group and focuses his practice on all family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and visitation, child support, property distribution, and domestic violence. Mr. McCarthy is a graduate of Elon University, and the University of Baltimore School of Law. Following graduation from law school, Mr. McCarthy served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Algeo with the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
