Joseph, Greenwald Adds Member of Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights

Joseph, Greenwald & Laake (JGL), a law firm servicing suburban Maryland and Washington, D.C., announced that Ronald Levin, Esq. has joined the firm as a member of its Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group. Levin focuses on commercial and consumer bankruptcy representation, litigation and corporate representation.

Levin has extensive experience representing banks, financial institutions, and public and private lenders and investors both regionally and nationally. His clients include asset-based lenders, commercial and real estate lenders, and master and special servicers for mortgage-backed securities, as well as other secured creditors in bankruptcy cases and other insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, workouts, restructurings, and enforcement proceedings. Levin also has extensive experience representing commercial entities in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations as well as liquidation proceedings.
Prior to joining JGL, Levin was a principal at law firm Semmes, Bowen & Semmes in Baltimore, and then joined the downtown law firm Jackson & Campbell. He has an L.L.M. in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from George Washington University Law School, and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law. He earned his B.A. from University of Maryland, College Park.
