American College Of Trial Lawyers Offers Fellowship To JGL Shareholder Tim Maloney

JGL shareholder Tim Maloney has received one of the highest tributes that can be paid to a litigator. He has been invited into the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Fellowship in the College is extended only by invitation and after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality and are actively engaged in trial work as their principal activity for a minimum of 15 years.

There are only about 5,000 Fellows across the U.S. and Canada. Membership can never be more than 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province. Fellows are selected from among plaintiffs and defendants counsel in civil matters, as well as prosecutors and criminal defense lawyers.

Membership is limited to only those trial lawyers who are unquestionably and eminently qualified, in addition to being regarded as the best in their state/province. Qualifications must include high ethical and moral standards, as well as excellent character.

Tim will be formally invested in March in Tucson, AZ at the organization's next annual meeting.

From Greenbelt Maryland, we serve the Maryland and District of Columbia metro area, including Montgomery, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Howard, Charles and Calvert counties.
