Principal
Mr. David J. Kaminow is licensed to practice before all local and state courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia and before the United States District Court in Maryland. He has successfully also represented debtors and creditors in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland for more than 25 years. He has also litigated matters before the Appellate Courts of both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Professional Accomplishments
David received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from The George Washington University National Law Center, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College, cum laude, in 1990.
Among his many accomplishments representing parties in court, he also is frequently called on to instruct other attorneys on the intricacies of trial work. David also shares his time and knowledge by speaking to numerous lay audiences regarding debtors’ rights and responsibilities and about contract and basic litigation techniques.
Outside the Courtroom
David is an avid bicyclist and frequently rides in the Sea Gull Century. He’s also heavily involved in youth baseball and is on the Board of Directors of the Rockville Baseball Association.
