Michael Joseck is an Associate in Joseph, Greenwald & Laake’s Estate and Trusts practice.  He provides counsel to individuals on matters in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust taxation issues.

Prior to joining the firm, he was the Chief Auditor for the Howard County Register of Wills.  During that time period, he oversaw the estate audit department and the unique Maryland Inheritance Tax. He also worked for a Delaware trust company and an accounting firm. While in law school, Michael was a member of Moot Court, the Tax Law Society, and he volunteered in preparing tax returns for low income individuals through the VITA program.  It is through these experiences that he learned how to handle complex estates and the wide spectrum of issues an estate may experience.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time at the beach, golfing and being with his wife Megan and their two dogs.
