Timothy F. Maloney Inducted into Archbishop Carroll High School Hall of Honor

Monday, June 12, 2017, JGL principal Timothy F. Maloney was inducted into the Archbishop Carroll High School, Hall of Honor. This is a special honor given to alumni who have significantly helped better their community or positively contributed to the high school’s legacy.

Maloney, who graduated Archbishop Carroll in 1974, has dedicated his life to public service. Tim was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates, where he continued to serve for 15 years, from 1979-1994. As a delegate, he was a member of several committees, including chair of the education and transportation subcommittee and the joint budget and audit committee. Currently, Maloney is a member of the Maryland Judicial Campaign Conduct Committee, where he helps maintain and establish the integrity of judicial elections.

The ceremony took place the Kennedy Center, and was also attended by JGL principals, Timothy P. O’Brien, Stephen A. Friedman, Walter E. Laake and Steven B. Vinick. Rev. Mr. Joseph F. Curtis Jr. and Matthew J. Dolan, founder and CEO of The Global Teaching Project were also inducted into the Hall of Honor on Monday. Past inductees include, the Honorable Leo E. Green Jr. and the Archbishop Carroll High School basketball team and staff of 1959 and 1960.
