Dear DGS Construction Class Member,

This is a notification concerning the above federal court case regarding unpaid compensation for fringe benefits for overtime hours worked.  This notification does not concern the state court case regarding potential compensation for bussing and other travel time.  The Plaintiffs’ attorneys in this matter have filed a motion for fees and costs for their work on your and other class members’ behalf, which is posted below.  A brief supporting their motion will be submitted on or about Friday, August 18, 2023 and will be posted at this website below at that time.  Should you wish to object to the motion, you should file your written objection(s) with the Court by or before Friday, September 1, 2023.
