Yesterday, Principal Steven Vinick led a webinar for the Federal Bar Association.The two-hour webinar focused on civil trials, from start to finish, and included virtual attendees from across the United States.
The course began at the beginning of civil trial proceedings, covering topics such as jury selection and persuasive opening statements. The course continued chronologically from there, focusing on cross-examination, possible ethical issues and closing arguments.
As a trial lawyer, Vinick has over 20 years of firsthand experience in the courtroom, and he has been named Trial Lawyer of The Year by the Maryland Association for Justice. Vinick frequently shares his knowledge via lectures or webinar, and in three weeks he is set to host a webinar with the National Business Institute.
