Mr. Maloney is an attorney in the Litigation Group. Mr. Maloney conducts and oversees litigation of criminal and civil matters in judicial as well as administrative proceedings. He was a member of the Maryland General Assembly from 1979-1995 and has been an active member of numerous bar associations. He attended college at Georgetown University. He attended law school at the University of Baltimore where he graduated in 1986.
