An associate attorney in Joseph, Greenwald & Laake’s Family Law Group, Allison McFadden represents clients in a wide variety of domestic relations matters, including custody disputes and divorces. Allison enjoys working closely with her clients to assist them through each phase of their cases, from discovery and depositions through preparation for mediation and trial.
Allison’s longstanding passion for family law began in law school. While a student at the University of Baltimore, she was admitted to the bar as a student attorney and represented low-income clients on a pro bono basis in family law matters, including domestic violence, orders of protection, divorces and custody disputes. As a student advocate, Allison testified before the Maryland Senate Judiciary Committee in support of bills to strengthen the rights of victims of domestic violence.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys running with her dog Bruiser and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
