Headshot Dylan Elliot

“My career is dedicated to helping injured people protect their rights and pursue justice. I am my clients’ voice and storyteller.”

Dylan Rogers Elliott litigates complex issues across the civil justice arena. Dylan focuses on representing people facing the most challenging circumstances in their lives – be they devastating physical and mental injuries, consumer protection violations, or serious infringements on civil rights. He also has experience representing clients in medical malpractice claims, business disputes, automotive torts, and landlord-tenant matters.

Dylan believes excellent advocacy means client centered advocacy. He prides himself on fostering genuine relationships with his clients and passionately telling their stories.

Prior to joining JGL, Dylan worked at a boutique plaintiffs’ litigation firm in Baltimore. Before entering legal practice, he served as a law clerk – first to The Honorable Dan Friedman of the Appellate Court of Maryland, second to The Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

As a law student, Dylan was a Samuel and Anne Hopkins Scholar. He served as the captain of the National Trial Team; a Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, Religion and Class; a member of the Moot Court Board; and the executive vice-president of the Student Bar Association. Dylan also worked as a Rule 19-220 attorney in the Pretrial and Parole Advocacy Clinic. His advocacy helped secure the release of clients from pre-trial detention and life-long incarceration. Dylan graduated Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers. He received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievements and service to Maryland Law.

Dylan lives in Baltimore City with his wife and their rescue pets: four cats and a dog.
