“Be more concerned with your character than your reputation because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.”

Coach Joe Wooden

Steven Mudd provides strategic legal counsel to individuals and businesses across business law, estate planning and administration, and real estate. He is known for combining practical legal guidance with a strong commitment to service. Throughout his career, he has led estate planning seminars at churches and has been recognized for his pro bono work through legal clinics.

He approaches each matter with a clear understanding that legal decisions often impact both financial and personal priorities. By taking the time to understand each client’s goals and background, Steven delivers solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and aligned with long-term objectives.

Steven’s experience includes both transactional work and litigation and gives him a well-rounded perspective when advising clients. He has served as General Counsel to several small businesses, advising on corporate structure, reorganizations, commercial sales and leasing, contract negotiations, employment matters, landlord tenant relations, corporate dissolution, and tax-exempt formation and compliance.

He also serves as a court-appointed attorney ad litem, representing individuals with diminished capacity and ensuring their interests are protected.
