Joseph Greenwald and Laake PA (“JGL”), based in Maryland, seeks to immediately hire an attorney in its growing False Claims Act/qui tam litigation department. We represent whistleblowers in high-profile cases nationwide. This is a rare opportunity to join and help develop a sophisticated, complex False Claims Act (FCA) litigation department that focuses on whistleblower protection and advocacy.

Job Details
- False Claims Act or other whistleblower advocacy experience;
- A strong work ethic;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Keen organization and attention to detail;
- Ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously;
- Judicial or Department of Justice clerkship preferred, but not required; and
- Experience in healthcare or procurement law a plus.
- Day-to-day evaluation, drafting and support of FCA cases;
- Complex legal analysis, research and writing;
- Case intake, analysis, evaluation and recommendation;
- Client management; and
- Litigation of FCA cases in both intervened and non-intervened cases as part of JGL’s group of FCA litigators.
