Joseph Greenwald and Laake PA is seeks a full time, onsite Marketing Specialist. This individual will work with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and will touch all aspects of firm branding, business development and public relations including: assisting with client pitches and presentations; assisting with the creation of the firm’s new website, create and push appropriate social media posts, track google ads ROI, maintaining the firm’s existing web and social media presence; conducting industry research; and other projects as assigned.
Administrative responsibilities will include creating a firm-wide calendar of association events, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, tracking project progress via google docs and spreadsheet programs, ordering premiums, processing invoices and providing training to attorneys in using LinkedIn and other social media to enhance their reputations and that of the firm. The firm is growing as are our marketing initiatives. Attorney support duties may include creating and running events and initiatives for both firm and individual initiatives. Client relations duties may include some administrative work, and some tracking of incoming leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications and up to 3-5 years marketing or experience, preferably within a law firm
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- While the position requires a high degree of initiative and creativity, the right candidate will also be able to follow through with upkeep of daily department operations, tracking/reporting on key metrics, and logistics management
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and provide regular status updates.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to efficiently follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of attorneys, clients, staff, and vendors
- Strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of CRM software, website content management systems, social media platforms and Adobe design software a MAJOR PLUS.
